Fees and refunds
Last updated: 19 August 2026. This website does not collect card or UPI payments. Fees are settled with the office.
No online checkout
Admission, batch and mock-test forms only open WhatsApp. An amount you hear on chat is not charged through this site. Pay only as the office instructs (campus desk or a method they name in writing).
Fees are not frozen here
School tuition, coaching fees and mock-test charges can change by class, session and subjects. The office confirms the current figure when you apply or visit. Do not treat an old message as a price list.
School (Nursery–8th)
Admission is complete only after the office accepts documents and the agreed dues. If a seat is not offered, any amount the office agrees to return will be explained at the desk. Session rules (notice period, transfer certificate) follow what you are given in writing at admission.
Institute batches
A batch seat is for the class and subjects confirmed on WhatsApp. Missing classes does not, by itself, create a refund. If the institute cancels a batch before it starts, the office will offer a shift to another slot or a refund of the unused fee they collected for that batch.
Mock tests
Saturday and Sunday papers are booked after the office confirms the slot and fee. If you cannot attend, tell them on the same WhatsApp thread as early as you can. Whether a test fee is moved to another weekend is the office’s decision for that date — it is not automatic on the website.
How to ask
Write on WhatsApp 93156 04600 or visit Saraswathi Vihar, Khora Colony, Sector 62A, Noida. Keep the child’s name, class and the date you paid. We do not process refunds through a web form.
